British girl band the Sugababes have appointed We Care A Lot PR to handle all UK publicity and PR enquiries, following the reformation of the band's original line-up.
Siobhán Donaghy, Mutya Buena and Keisha Buchanan recently collaborated with DJ Spoony on the track Flowers, which they'll perform on The Graham Norton Show this week, in their first TV performance in six years.
